Payment for Services

Payment for services is due at the end of every session and a receipt will be given when payment is received. Please retain this receipt for your insurance or income tax claims, if applicable.

Generally clients pay for their sessions at the end of each visit. In this way, the account remains manageable and counselling becomes a naturally budgeted expense. Your fee will be discussed with you during the intake interview and you will be advised before hand if any changes are made to the fee. All efforts are made to provide affordable psychological and counselling services. Currently our fee schedule ranges from $90 to $205 per hour depending on the services provided and the counsellor assigned.

Fees may be paid by cash, cheque, Mastercard or Visa

Dr. Dalton & Associates recognizes the financial difficulties some clients face as a result of the economic recession. We are committed to providing the best possible service at the most reasonable rates in these hard times. In response to the recent financial crisis, Dr. Dalton & Associates have introduced the following measures to help clients dealing with financial stress:

• Variable fee schedule, $90.00 - $205.00
  
• Openness to discuss fee reductions
  
• Adjust treatment schedule (where possible) to accomodate financial means
  
• Openness to discuss payment schedule for services provided

In addition, clients that have lost their job (within the past 6 months) due to the recession, and are currently unemployed, may receive ONE FREE PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTATION. For more information, ask your intake counsellor at the time of your registration.
